Artificial Orchids Refunds Policy
We are sure you will be delighted with the artificial flowers you receive, but if for some reason you are not, you will be pleased to know that we offer a refund policy here at Artificial Orchids Ltd. You have thirty days to return your items since your purchase, and you must make sure they are in their original packaging and the same condition as you received them. We will also require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return.
If we receive the item and it is not in its original condition, i.e. there are parts missing or it is damaged, we may offer a partial refund. This includes items that are delivered 30 days after purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot refund sale items.
What happens when you return an item to Artificial Orchids Ltd? Once we have received the product, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition, after which we will send you a message via email to let you know that we have received the item and we will also notify you as to whether we have approved the refund or not. If we have agreed to the refund, we will then process it, and the funds will be returned to the card you purchased it on. Please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to show in your bank account.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact your credit card company and then your bank if need be, as often it takes a while for the refund to show on your statement. If you are still experiencing difficulty, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
If you have received an item from us as a gift and you want to return it, you will be able to do so if it was shipped directly to your home. Once we have received the returned item, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return, which will be sent to you by mail.
We only offer an exchange if the items received are damaged or defective. If you have received a product and it is not how it should be, please get in touch with Artificial Orchids Ltd to arrange an exchange and we will send you a new one.
