All orders come with 100% free postage and packaging, as per the rules below:
Orders placed before 1pm: All orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day.
Orders Placed after 1pm: All orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.
*We post items out Monday-Friday only. Please note that we do not post out any orders on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Although we pack all of our items for a secure delivery, accidents can sometimes happen in transit, in which case we will endeavour to replace the product or provide you with a refund if such an unfortunate incident takes place.
To be eligible for our 100% Money Back Guarantee the item In this instance we will refund 100% of the money received for the item.
In order to return an item, please notify us through the email system at email@example.com before sending the item back to us. All returns must be dispatched within 28 days to be eligible for a refund. Should you have exceeded the 28 day return period we will endeavor to extend the notification period where possible.

If you no longer wish to keep the item and are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns for items that are sent back to us unused in the original packaging and in the same condition as when they were sent out to you, within a 28 day period.
Items Received Damaged or Faulty
If in unfortunate circumstance your orchids arrive damaged, with damaged packaging, or you have any problems with your purchase, please contact us immediately and we will rectify the situation. We would appreciate that you do not leave negative feedback on our system before contacting us to replace the affected item.
